Langham Place, as one of the most popular malls for leisure and entertainment, we transformed Gudetama into Master Relaxer to treat Hong Kong Youth’s City Illnesses with an immersive O2O experience. We pioneered the chatbot campaign leveraging voice recognition as our core campaign strategy. We enthused and resonated users with humorous localised social topics that describe city illness symptoms. To kick start the 1-on-1 conversation with Master Relaxer, participants transmit their voice simply with their mobile to get the personalised Gude-prescription. Participants then completed the whole consultation by offline redemption at Langham Place. The campaign successfully made the youth flock to interact with the mall from both online and offline with immense engagement and delivered the message “laughter is the best medicine in the world”.
